Refund Policy

VitaFind's core features are free and require no payment, so no refund applies to them.

VitaFind Pro renews monthly through PayPal. You can cancel any time from the pricing page, and access continues until the end of the paid period you already started.

If you are not satisfied with your first Pro subscription, request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment and we will issue it.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal, we review the request case by case.

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Email support@vitafind.net from the address on your account, including the payment date and the reason for your request.
