Account data (email, name); profile data you provide (age, goals, symptoms); usage data (scanned meals, coach chats); and technical data (device type, logs).

To operate the Service, calculate nutrient scores, deliver personalized recommendations, improve the product, and respond to support requests.

When you scan a meal or chat with the coach, inputs are processed by AI model providers via the Lovable AI Gateway. Your data is not used to train public models.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (hosting, AI inference, payment processing) under confidentiality agreements.

We retain your data while your account is active. On deletion, your account data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication, access controls, and row-level security (RLS) on the database.

You can access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact support@vitafind.net to make a request.

We use essential cookies for session management and your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

The Service is not intended for children under 16.
